Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Mianco Group Inc. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to perform various tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely operate heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, and bulldozers to perform tasks such as construction, excavation, and demolition.
- Read and Interpret Plans: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- Maintain Equipment: Clean and lubricate equipment, refill tanks, and perform minor repairs to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Communicate Effectively: Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment to stay in touch with team members and supervisors.
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: On the road job with a permanent employment duration.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
