Job Title: Transportation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Engineer to join our team at Arcadis. As a key member of our Transportation Planning and Design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation engineering and planning, with experience in:

  • Designing and developing transportation infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, and public transportation systems
  • Conducting traffic impact studies and analyzing transportation data to inform project decisions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and community members, to ensure project success
  • Developing and implementing transportation plans and policies that promote safe and efficient movement of people and goods
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transportation engineering and planning

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning, with a strong background in design and project management
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and CIVIL3D, with experience in municipal geometric design standards and GIS
