We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastoral Leader to join our team at Greater Vancouver Youth Unlimited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the spiritual growth and development of our youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Spiritual Guidance
    • Provide spiritual guidance and support to our youth, helping them to deepen their faith and develop their spiritual practices.
    • Lead worship services, Bible studies, and other spiritual programs that promote the growth and development of our youth.
  • Community Building
    • Build and maintain relationships with our youth, their families, and our community partners.
    • Develop and implement programs that promote community engagement, social justice, and service to others.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with our staff team to develop and implement programs that support the spiritual growth and development of our youth.
    • Communicate effectively with our youth, their families, and our community partners to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
    • Help to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the effective operation of our programs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • A degree in a relevant field such as theology, ministry, or a related field.
    • Experience working with youth and in a pastoral or leadership role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
