About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team at WINMATE INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP INC. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong strategic thinker who can drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit and manage a team of professionals to support business operations.
    • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of respect and equality.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources to implement business strategies and objectives.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support business development.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
