Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Organizational Development Officer to join our team at 1192820 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, as well as overseeing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Language and Work Hours

The language of work is English, and the work hours are 30 to 35 hours per week.
