About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Pride Bodies Ltd., a Wabtec Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process, ensuring high-quality products, and driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the assembly process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Lead and motivate a team of assemblers to achieve production goals and targets
  • Monitor and control production processes to meet efficiency and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, and production
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Relevant training and certification in industrial production or a related field
  • Previous experience in a production supervisory role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blue-print drawings
  • Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
