Role Overview:

As a senior-level Oracle Cloud ERP Application Specialist at Atlantis IT Group, you will leverage your expertise in Procurement Services (Coupa) to provide technical knowledge and support to our clients. Your thorough understanding of skills and responsibilities needed for ownership of software in a large financial institution will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Procurement Services (Coupa) expertise and technical knowledge to clients
• Independently conduct routine operations and maintenance support activities
• Assess and respond to customer requests against organization operating policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Develop action plans to address technical and competency gaps
• Work with various teams to maintain and troubleshoot integrations for several applications

Requirements:

• 4+ years of procurement application support experience using Coupa
• Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Technical working knowledge of understanding cXML, HTML, JSON APIs, SFTP, SSO, SQL formatted files
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative nature, and the ability to work in a team environment
• Experienced application production support; must be good at troubleshooting technical and any production issues
