About the Role

Cindy Lou's Auto Rekker and Miracle Auto Sales is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose and repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
Work Environment

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
