Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Timmins Hyundai. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and repair work on our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with vehicles, including electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with the work performed.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
