Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter, dishroom, and surrounding areas.
  • Operate dishwashers, wash and sanitize dishes, and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
  • Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products, as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and maintain a smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate and Smart Serve certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
