We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant P.H.R. inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
