About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 12843960 CANADA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits
    • Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with budgetary requirements
    • Monitor revenues and labor costs to optimize profitability
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and work assignments
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
  • Event Management
    • Plan and execute events, including catering and facility rentals
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in restaurant operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in budgeting, financial management, and staff supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
