Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Wellhead Repair Technician to join our team at Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our rental equipment and wellhead-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain all wellhead-based equipment to company standards.
- Coordinate and manage shipping documentation and product returns within the rental product line.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and tools in assigned areas, reporting any issues or required repairs to maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborate with Aftermarket Services (AMS) Quality Control for items requiring external processing.
- Assist in creating paperwork, such as work orders and safety documents.
- Repair rental wellhead components and other rental equipment as needed.
- Support painting and building wellhead assemblies as required.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment and goods as needed.
- Be available for after-hours and on-call duties when required.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the facility to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo Group Guiding Principles regarding Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations or policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with relevant experience in wellhead/frac equipment and oilfield industry preferred.
- Field experience would be an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
