As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of sash and door components, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 16-20 workers on the construction site.
    • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Oversee the assembly of sash and door components to ensure high-quality results.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality control issues.
  • Materials Management
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
    • Ensure that all materials are properly stored and maintained on the construction site.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced construction environment.
    • Judgement and decision-making skills.
    • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
