About the Position:

Walters Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Coating Professional. As a key member of our Paint Department, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced painters in various tasks related to coating and painting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rig, hoist, and move materials using overhead cranes and forklifts.
  • Learn and apply industry-standard coating techniques and materials.
  • Operate trade tools such as paint sprayers, measuring tools, and gauges.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in cross-training on various material handling equipment and production machines.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Strong time management and work ethic.
