At Community Savings Credit Union, we're on a mission to unite working people and build a just world. As a Branch Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and financial advice to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of financial experts to provide exceptional service and advice to members
  • Develop and maintain profitable growth of the branch through active business development in the community
  • Exhibit a team-first mentality, leading by example and treating members and staff with respect and appreciation
  • Drive collaboration and promote our purpose and vision
Requirements
  • Two years post-secondary education in financial management or a related field
  • Considerable supervisory and administrative experience in the financial industry
  • Understanding of credit union operations, including financial, lending, administrative, and operational procedures
  • Five years of senior branch management experience in a comprehensive financial institution environment
  • Two years of proven capabilities in external business development
  • Two years of retail lending experience
