We are seeking a talented Team Lead to join our team at Reitmans, a leading Canadian women's fashion retailer. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving store success by leading a team of sales associates and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Support the Store Manager in creating a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean and inviting store environment
  • Coach and mentor sales associates to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and 3 week days
