Rental Accounts Specialist

Toromont Material Handling is seeking a skilled Rental Accounts Collector to play a crucial role in our team. This position will be responsible for regularly reviewing the accounts receivable of our rental business unit, managing collection files, and collaborating closely with the credit team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze the Accounts Receivable related to the rental business unit.
- Investigate the root cause of late payments.
- Contact customers to collect overdue amounts.
- Control PO due dates on active agreements.
- Update rental agreements to reflect the latest PO.
- Submit cycle invoices through customer portals.
- Control re-rent units (AP and AR).
- Collaborate in all projects or work related to the rental department.
Requirements :
- E.C. in the science of administration, university education an asset combined with 3-5 years of experience.
- Bilingual French and English (an asset).
- MS Office software knowledge, including Word and Excel, and of DBS/SAP system (an asset).
- Positive attitude and professionalism; ease with communication. Multitasking. Team spirit. Attendance and punctuality. Attention to detail. Self-reliant. Organizational skills and priority management.
