    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and beverage operations.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure that they are in line with budgeted amounts.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with security and safety procedures.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Work under pressure to meet customer demands and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
    • Basic security clearance.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Ability to work under pressure to meet customer demands and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
