About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at WM Fares & Associates Inc. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Visitors

You will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contact or service area, and providing basic information as needed.

Switchboard Operations

You will be responsible for operating the switchboard or telephone system, answering calls, and relaying messages to the appropriate personnel.

Clerical Duties

You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry.

Scheduling and Confirmations

You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, as well as maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Work Setting

Urban area.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Experience with switchboard systems, electronic schedulers, word processing software, and other relevant technologies.
