About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier at Vivo Liquor Hawthorne Inc. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) System to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer payments in the form of cash, credit/debit cards, and cheques.
  • Scan items and ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
  • Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
  • Basic security clearance is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
