Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Team Lead to join our team at Beach Corner Liquor. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, working closely with our sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that our store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail sales or supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
