The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Technician to join our team in Penticton. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment. You will work directly with clients to understand their issues and troubleshoot to solve the problem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair manual and power devices, including wheelchairs and mobility scooters
  • Assess and troubleshoot battery and functionality issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Travel to clients' homes and community facilities to accommodate their needs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and assembling or repairing equipment
  • Technical skills and knowledge of diagnostic tools and power equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
