Senior Financial Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to enhance our Finance and Accounting division. This role involves delivering support and training on financial systems, aiding in month-end and year-end closing activities, and spearheading IT initiatives related to financial systems. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in financial analysis and systems oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Jet Reports, and Workday Adaptive
  • Collaborate with IT and finance departments on system projects and improvements
  • Develop reports and queries to fulfill the data needs of the finance team
  • Ensure system security and uphold internal controls
  • Engage in special projects including system implementations and upgrades

Requirements:

  • CPA accounting designation is preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting systems support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Access, and Excel
  • Experience with Adaptive Financial Planning tool
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
