We are seeking a talented individual with experience in digital marketing to join our team at Puzzle Cats.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of mobile marketing and be able to create engaging campaigns that drive user acquisition.
You will be responsible for owning the user acquisition efforts for new games every month, creating video and image ads in mobile format, and analyzing the creative performances on acquisition channels such as Facebook, Google Adwords, Snapchat, and Tiktok.
Your campaigns and ad contents will be seen by hundreds of millions of players worldwide, and you will be tasked with researching the latest trends, benchmarking competitors' ads, and figuring out the best ways to get users to try our games.
You will be growing fun and highly scalable mobile games, played by tens of millions of people, and will be part of a small and high-performing team.
Digital Marketing and User Acquisition Manager Requirements- **Digital Marketing Experience**: Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, coupled with the desire and potential to learn.
- **Research and Analysis**: Able to research the latest trends and competitors and analyze key components of their ads.
- **Creative Development**: Apply the research by developing creative video content while following the best practices and specifications laid out by each network partner.
- **Video Production**: Have experience with video software and post-production (video editing, sound editing, animation, and visual effects insertions, etc.) in After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
- **Campaign Management**: Own the implementation of marketing campaigns from start to finish and develop strategies and tactics to create exposure and drive high-quality traffic to our games.
- **Industry Partnerships**: Partner and work with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to form strategic relationships.
- **Budget Management**: Take charge of the marketing budget - ensuring that funds/resources are allocated efficiently.
- **Performance Analysis**: Measure and report performance of marketing creative and campaigns.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- **Numerical Literacy**: Numerically literate; can understand and interpret metrics, process figures, interpret and process spreadsheets, and comfortably manipulate numbers.
- **Aesthetic Sense**: Good taste, a sense of aesthetics, and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
