Senior Server Development Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sr Server Development Engineer with server motherboard design experience and a strong background in GPU architecture to join our Cloud Service Provider Group (CSP). As a key member of our team, you will lead the Hyperscale development team to design and develop Server Motherboard architectures from concept to production, ensuring adherence to performance, reliability, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities- Stay current on Intel x86, AMD, Nvidia, FPGA, and ARM based technology roadmaps and understand how this technology can drive future datacenter architecture for industry and worldwide top public cloud customers.
- Lead the Hyperscale development team to design and develop Server Motherboard architectures from concept to production, ensuring adherence to performance, reliability, and cost targets.
- Focus on thermal management, power efficiency, and performance enhancements for GPU servers and optimize GPU configurations for maximum throughput and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, firmware developers, and product managers to align motherboard designs with system requirements and project timelines.
- Lead engagement with suppliers and partners of hardware building blocks such as storage devices, network controllers, FPGAs, and other emerging technology hardware devices.
- Utilize advanced debugging techniques and tools to identify and resolve hardware and software issues during development and post-production phases.
- 10+ years of hardware engineering experience
- Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Experience with server, storage or GPU design/development
- x86 Intel server architecture and/or GPU Nvidia Arm based technology
- Experience with OCP based hardware
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
- Experience working with hyperscale customers
