Job Title: Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our benefits team, you will be responsible for processing employer benefit contributions reports and maintaining enrollment data of benefit plan participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employer benefit contributions reports and verify data for accuracy
  • Maintain enrollment data of benefit plan participants and ensure compliance with client Collective Bargaining Agreements and contract specifications
  • Identify and resolve employer payment irregularities and initiate collection efforts as needed
  • Perform detailed analysis of employer reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Enter data on remittance reports submitted by companies and perform account reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Minimum secondary school graduate, post-secondary education preferred
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Italian, and/or Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of accounting practices an asset
