Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Starting Line Childcare Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to reach our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Oversee the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material: Assist in the creation of high-quality written content, including press releases, social media posts, and website content.
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material: Collaborate with the team to create engaging and informative marketing materials.
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase our online presence.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our digital database.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.

  • Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with the team and customers.
