Prospera Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Advice Center in New Westminster. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of professionals, and delivering exceptional member service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Advice Center team, including hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and coaching staff
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase sales, deposits, loans, and membership
- Ensure integrated service delivery of products and services, including financial planning, wealth management, personal mortgages, loans, LOC's, deposits, mutual funds, insurance products, and commercial needs of members
- Undertake business development in the Kelowna area to grow and develop our membership, asset base, and revenue
- Proven leadership and management of retail branches, ensuring the consistent achievement of branch goals and targets
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- Change management experience (an asset)
- Business development acumen with experience in creating and growing positive member relationships and branch portfolios
- Knowledge in deposit-related products, personal lending, residential mortgages, and wealth management
