Job Title: Member Solutions Specialist

Northern Credit Union Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our members.

Job Summary:

The Member Solutions Specialist will be responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression by acting as the first point of contact for members who access Northern's services and products through our phone and digital communication channels. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and promote Northern's products and services within clearly defined policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teach, support, and direct members to use self-service delivery channels, enhancing their overall experience and ensuring seamless and high-quality service at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and equivalent banking or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of basic Credit Union products, services, and systems an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and time to meet daily deadlines.
  • Drive to work toward a standard of excellence, while reaching and exceeding goals as a self-starter and in support of the team.
  • A commitment to continuous learning within the scope of the duties to keep pace with changes relative to the job function, including, but not limited to, technology, processes, policies, and product knowledge.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $25.44
