About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team at GOLDEN TOUCH HEATING AND COOLING SERVICE INC. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components, and perform routine maintenance tasks such as recharging systems with refrigerant and checking regulators.
  • Repair and Replacement: Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Start up systems and test for leaks using testing devices to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the HVAC industry
  • Skills: Valid driver's license, ability to work at heights, and physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, and teamwork skills
