Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work

Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure seamless operations and optimal resource allocation.

Client Support and Services

Provide exceptional support to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Team Management and Supervision

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality performance.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on security operations, progress, and other relevant matters.

Certifications and Licenses

Ensure that all security personnel hold the necessary certifications, licenses, and memberships, and maintain up-to-date records.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in a fast-paced environment, managing stress and pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Personal Qualities and Skills

Exhibit excellent oral communication skills, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a high level of organization to ensure seamless operations.

Experience and Education

Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong educational background and a valid Security Guard License.

Requirements
  • Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
