Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Manager, Community Supports and Counselling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of community supports and counselling services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community development, programme management, and counselling. They will be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community supports and counselling programmes that meet the needs of our clients.
- Supervise and support a team of counsellors and community support workers.
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, community development, counselling).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in programme management and counselling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
