Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Compliance Programs team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (PCMLTF) compliance program is effective and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality PCMLTF content for our Annual Regulatory Compliance Training (ARCT) program.
  • Training Program Management: Update and refine the Training Program and Training Plan to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Expert Advice: Provide guidance and support to colleagues on PCMLTF obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to implement PCMLTF obligations and contribute to regulatory initiatives.
  • Procedure Development: Write and review procedures, standards, and other tools to support the PCMLTF compliance program.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or risk management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, as well as leadership and teamwork abilities.
