Senior Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Curam applications to join our team at GTT, LLC. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that meet our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Analysis and Design: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and design efficient, scalable solutions using Curam.
  • Application Development: Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of Curam-based applications, ensuring they meet industry standards.
  • User Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and provide comprehensive training and support.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise in Curam technologies.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in systems analysis, design, and development, with a strong background in Curam.
  • Expertise in SDLC Methodologies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and control.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Distributed Systems Experience: Experience working with distributed systems and internet-based technologies.
  • Emerging IT Trends: Knowledge of emerging IT trends and technologies.
