Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, word processing, and internet research tasks.
- Maintain the appearance of the reception desk, ensuring cleanliness and organization of documents and files.
- Perform basic clerical tasks, such as arranging invoices and other indexed documents.
- Serve as the front desk coordinator, greeting and directing visitors, vendors, and clients.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
