This role is pivotal and dynamic, as you will:
- Collect user requirements, define the solutions to be implemented, oversee the execution of test cases, assist in execution when necessary, facilitate change management through user training as needed, and ensure that all developers comprehend the business needs and requirements effectively.
- Daily Activities: Your day will commence with a Scrum meeting alongside your teammates, where you will discuss upcoming challenges. Subsequently, you will prioritize and address tasks collaboratively with your team and Project Owner.
- As a Business Systems Analyst at SGS, you will be integral to every project; thus, you will frequently engage in peer reviews, analyses, and user demonstrations.
Core Duties:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Prime Brokerage group, articulating business requirements and project requests to the development team.
- Develop change management strategies of varying complexity; lead or contribute to diverse change management activities, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder engagement, execution, evaluation, and sustainability of initiatives.

- Familiarity with Prime Brokerage, encompassing trade processing, margin risk, settlement, and client billing.
Technical Proficiencies:
- SQL
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both French and English is required, as effective communication in English, both spoken and written, is essential for collaboration with colleagues and partners.
