Project Sales Manager

Welcome to Welldone Mechanical Services, a leading provider of exceptional service to the Regina and Saskatoon community. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Sales Manager to drive sales growth and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new project opportunities within our target market segments.
  • Manage the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage project activities throughout the lifecycle, allocating resources, documenting progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Work closely with clients to sell and deliver the end project, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Mentor technical staff, assigning duties as required, and maintaining a positive team environment.
  • Monitor project schedules and cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization.
  • Possess a strong understanding of building codes and standards, as well as a valid driver's license.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
