At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recreation Centre Monitor to join our team.

About the Role

As a Recreation Centre Monitor, you will be responsible for monitoring the front desk reception and facility, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. You will conduct regular checks of the facility to identify and address any potential issues, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the front desk reception and facility to ensure safety and security
  • Conduct regular checks of the facility to identify and address any potential issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Open and close the facility in accordance with security regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
  • Experience in phone systems and front desk reception
  • Experience working with youth
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
