Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Jass Rai Construction Ltd. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Project Management: Prepare tenders and quotations, schedule personnel, tools, and equipment, and estimate costs and materials.
  • Quality Control: Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges, and supervise other workers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and provide on-the-job training to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
