Job Summary

Ponath Management services ltd is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Estimate costs and materials for plumbing projects.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in plumbing.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety equipment/gear.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week, permanent work term.
