We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at AgeCare. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
- Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Participate in activities and programs designed to promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care facility
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Immunization records and a valid TB test
