About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Service Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Toronto. As a Catering Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional catering services to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of catering services for corporate events, parties, and other functions
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a catering or food service role, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on hospitality or a related field
