The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities at La Bosco Bakery & Cafe. This position involves overseeing daily activities and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Work will primarily take place in a cafeteria and coffee shop setting.
- Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assess and calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
- Organize and establish work schedules for staff.
- Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Employment type: Permanent.
- Language of work: English.
- Working hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
