Nurse Practitioner

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring the effective management of nursing practice.
About the Role:- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards and principles.
- Assess and monitor residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Supervise and evaluate the work of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the Director of Care to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in performance appraisals and provide feedback to nursing staff.
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Passion for caring for seniors and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
- Previous experience in long-term care is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
