Nurse Practitioner

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring the effective management of nursing practice.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assess and monitor resident needs, providing individualized care and support.
- Supervise and evaluate the work of nursing staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with the Director of Care to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
- Previous experience in long-term care, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
