Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Diamond Sales Expert to join our growing team. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a crucial role in growing our bridal jewelry business, providing exceptional customer experiences, and promoting our sustainably created diamonds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized consultations to showcase our unique diamonds and VRAI jewelry, followed by effective follow-up to close sales.
  • Act as an ambassador for the VRAI brand, assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, and company policies.
  • Drive sales growth by maintaining a calendar of appointments, managing lead pipelines, and nurturing leads.
  • Collaborate with our team of luxury sales professionals to offer first-in-class service, both remotely and in our showrooms.
  • Contribute to clienteling and custom design projects, working closely with other team members.
Requirements
  • Proven e-commerce or retail sales experience, with a track record of closing sales in high-volume environments.
  • Diamond expertise and jewelry experience are highly desirable, with certified gemologists from reputable institutions a strong plus.
  • Independent, motivated, and well-organized, with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, positive, patient, and people-oriented, with a strong ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Availability to work weekends.
