Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Supervisor to join our team at 0883490 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of reservations staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Client Service
    • Assist clients with special needs and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and assign work to team members to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Review work performance and provide feedback to team members.
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Technical Support
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
    • Arrange for repair work as needed.
  • Work Environment
    • Work a standard 40-hour week.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
