About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at TRUCK MISTRI ELECTROMECHANICAL EXPERTS INC. as a Heavy Truck Repair Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect heavy truck equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, utilizing computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Diagnose and repair or replace defective parts, ensuring that all work meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work on heavy trucks, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and hand-eye coordination.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment.
  • Dependability, flexibility, judgement, reliability, and organized work habits.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Language and Work Schedule

The primary language of work is English, and the work schedule is 32 to 40 hours per week.
