About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at Dayforce Canada Ltd. as a Project Implementation Expert. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and plan projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Provide professionalism in customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in business systems implementation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems, human resources software, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
